− Gym is poorly designed and cramped. It's hard to use...looks like whoever was given the task has never been to a gym himself

1.0The only positive aspect of my stay was the food. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. Special appreciation to the chefs and restaurant staff, who were friendly, caring, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
− Very disappointing stay. I was given a dark, windowless room that felt more like a basement than a hotel room. The room was uncomfortable and did not meet the expectations of a pleasant hotel stay. The front desk staff was not welcoming, and I was required to make the full payment before check-in. While I understand hotels have policies, the way it was handled made me feel as though guests were not trusted, which was quite off putting.
