10.0It is my 3 rd time in this hotel, and I am always Happy. Thank you for the receptionist who checked me in and remembered me! Thank you to the porters with all my luggages and helps with the fruits. You were incredible!! Great clean room, confortable and close to the airport. Transfer is also great! Thank you

Great location, well-maintained facility & warm staff.
9.0Location was perfect as it was very close to the airport. Travelling with a baby and the whole family meant that we had a lot of luggage. The airport transfer staff was very kind and patient. The reception and housekeeping staff were also very helpful. The facilities were in great condition. We had arranged for a delivery of a parcel a few days prior to our arrival and the concierge staff had it kept safely for us on our arrival. Breakfast was great with a decent number of options. The tea was fantastic. Overall, a great overnight stay, worth the amount paid.
Price is reasonable and affordable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mr. Arun N, Operation’s Manager and Front Desk staff Ms. Arpita and Ms. Anjana were excellent in terms of helping and making my stay very comfortable. I must thank Mr. Arun N., for prearrangement of my stay prior to my arrival. I will definitely recommend to My friends and business associates to use PRESIDENCY AIRPORT HOTEL in Kochi and recommend to contact Mr. Arun N prior to their arrival so that they will have their rooms ready prior to their arrival.
