2.0This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. After a long day of travel from Dublin to Istanbul with my wife and three kids (two of them under 2 years old), we arrived at the hotel only to be told they couldn’t accommodate us due to a hot water or water supply issue. What’s worse – no one called or emailed us in advance to let us know. They redirected us to another branch they claimed was part of their group, but the room we were given there was unacceptable: it had a bad smell, was dirty, and didn’t have proper cots or facilities for young children. We were exhausted and had no choice but to stay the night, but the whole situation was a shock and a major letdown. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially if you're traveling with kids.
