10.0We stayed here for a week whilst visiting Cappadocia. The staff were all very helpful, from check-in to check out! They helped with all the booking we wanted to make, suggested activities we could do in the town and surrounding areas, and their spa (includes Turkish Baths). We went for a spa package (which was also kindly discounted) and it was very relaxing and felt amazing afterwards! The breakfasts varied from day-to-day, but all equally as delicious. The views from the room we stayed in and the terrace were wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area, town is just a 5 minute walk away and there is always someone around who can help. Overall, staying here was a great experience and I would come back again if visiting Cappadocia.

9.0I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk into town where you can shop and find quaint restaurants. A great relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Amazing view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. The Turkish Hamam was a real treat.
