I would come again and bring my wife next time
10.0I was greeted at the front desk by Sude. She was very pleasant and helpful. The room had a view of the Black Sea with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The breakfast was awesome - with omlet, and spring roll and a full plate of cheeses and jams and fresh vegies to top it off. I should have known the water in the outdoor pool was quite chilly
− Watch out for the airport taxi drivers - they don't like short trips. So they first go to the wrong address and then take you back to where you want to go. But that has nothing to do with the hotel

10.0Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Essen wurde abends frisch zubereitet und war sehr gut. Zimmerupgrade war perfekt vielen Dank. Preis Leistung geht nicht besser. Frühstück war so umfangreich das man es leider gar nicht schafft alles zu essen.
− Die Gegend gibt nicht viel her aber für einen Zwischenstopp oder die Gegend zu erkunden zu empfehlen. Vielleicht Frühstück etwas anpassen.

9.0La grandeur des chambres, le confort du lit, l'accueil chaleureux avec un morceau de gâteau et du thé.
− Nous avions initialement la chambre 201. Quand nous sommes entrés, tout était ok. L'homme de l'accueil est venu nous voir quelques minutes plus tard pour nous demander si l'odeur de la chambre était correct... On trouvait la question bizarre mais il n'y avait pas d'odeur alors il n'y avait pas de problème. Nous sommes partis manger et passer la soirée à la mer. Lors de notre retour l'odeur dans la chambre était épouvantable. Un mélange d'égoût et de poisson mort! Changer de chambre fut difficile et long car l'homme à l'accueil (personnel de nuit) ne parlait pas anglais. On a finalement eu la chambre voisine qui était parfaite. Petit problème qui s'est résolu, mais on se dit simplement pourquoi nous offrir cette chambre dans laquelle vous saviez initialement qu'il y avait un problème, surtout qu'on était pratiquement seul pour tout l'hôtel ! Et surtout, s'il vous plaît, régler le problème !

− Suite was a great size and layout but sofa bed was too small for 2 kids. Food for dinner was not great and we felt like an inconvenience to the staff
