10.0Habe über Expedia diese Villa gebucht .Während der Buchung hatte ich sofort ein Screenshot gemacht denn die Buchung zeigte mir die Bilder der villa wo die Liegen im Wasser sind. Da ich schonmal dieses Problem hatte rief ich die Besitzerin an um das anzusprechen. Die Dame wurde sofort Laut umd lies mich auch nicht aussprechen . Daraufhin habe ich auch ständig angedeutet das es ok ist und wir auch mit der anderen Villa zufrieden sind .Aber die Dame lies einfach nicht locker ,sie redete und redete .Letzendlich sind wir an der Villa angekommen .Wir dachten es ist eine grosse Eirichtung und es gibt eine Reception wo wir bis zum einchecken warten könnten und riefen die Dame an ,wollten fragen wo wir warten könnten .Erneut hat Sie lauthals am Telefon gesprochen. Ich dachte schon fast an es zu stornieren aber würde mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Dann baten wir die Dame darum das wir einfach nur Urlaub machen wollen und sie solle aufhören beleidigend zu sprechen.Ausser der Besitzerin war die Villa sehr sauber und schön , aber ich würde nicht mehr die Villa buchen Während des Aufenthalts hat Sie mir ständig sms Nachrichten geschickt und mir erklären wollen wie man bei Expedia bucht das waren insgesamt 18 Nachrichten die ich belommen hatte , 2 davon war die Benachrichtigung das das Frühstück bereit ist .
