Awful. We left for another hotel the same night

− We booked two rooms at the hotel, and unfortunately our experience was unacceptable due to the poor condition of the rooms and the lack of assistance from hotel management. In the first room, the window was broken, allowing mosquitoes to freely enter the room. The air conditioner drain pipe emptied into the bathroom, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet and creating an unpleasant odor. There were visible stains on the walls and curtains, and mold was present on both the walls and inside the mini refrigerator. The second room was also in poor condition. There was a hole in the wall, the chairs were heavily stained, mosquitoes were present throughout the room, and the bed sheets appeared brown and discolored rather than clean white. When we requested different rooms, the hotel offered only one replacement room on a different floor. Unfortunately, that room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making it difficult to breathe. We explained that we were traveling as a family and requested two rooms on the same floor so our children could remain close to us, but the hotel refused to accommodate this reasonable request. The manager's response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than addressing our concerns, he became upset that we had pointed out the issues. He told us, "I don't care. I'm already losing money because you booked through Booking.com. Go complain to them." He made no genuine effort to resolve the situation or provide suitable accommodations. As a result of the unsafe and unsanitary room conditions, combined with the manager's unwillingness to assist us, we had no choice but to leave the hotel. After midnight, we were forced to find alternative accommodations at another hotel, finally leaving the property after 1:00 a.m. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and additional expense for our family. We have already filed a formal complaint with Booking.com and request that this matter be investigated.

− The bed linen & towel are all very old. Restroom is not clean at all. The rooms were not cleaned at all during my stay for 3 days.
