− Make sure to inform guests that there is no heating. In winter- bring warm clothes
Disappointing
5.0− The Reception desk Staff were not cordial or attentive . Breakfast menu option was very limited with Local Canned Orange juice with no option of Dosa/ Sprouts /Sausage. Though we booked Attic Family room with Mountain view they shrewedly had given it to Foreigners staying . We got our designated room only the next day. Rooms are passable. Management and staff are incompetent and biased towards foreign tourists. Utterly disappointed

− Room very very cold. Bathroom window did not close. Hired a heater which didn’t perform well. Frequent power cuts.
