Responsive manager, roach infested rooms

We stayed with family of 7 for 2 nights and booked 2 family suites. First good things about the hotel: room service, manager’s responsiveness, food served. Want to mention the bad experience when we were given a room on the first night that was infested with roaches, main door had a flimsy lock that could be open with one strong push from outside and we did not feel safe with my family as that room was beside the staff quarters on the same floor. I obviously reported it to the manager and showed the picks of the roaches in the room and after intense discussions and requests manager gave me a room that was not a suite but was far better than the previous room. Next day we were given a suite that was in a good condition. That was definitely a sour and a bad experience that I will never forget that brought tears in my daughter’s eyes that night as she was scared of roaches and we were asked to sleep in that room.

It was an amazing stay. 1. The staff was friendly. 2. The Hotel Manager called and reconfirmed the booking. 3. The suite room was seriously good with good interiors. 4. This is a OYO hotel so didn't expect much at the price. 5. In house kitchen and food served was good in taste.
