3.0They had issue with number of people in booking . I booked and mentioned the all details but they didn't accomodate and asked for extras for the same . Well it was just a night mere . They charged me extra for having nothing extra. As they said the booking details received to them was incomplete but k showed them that I have proof of booking confirmation with complete details and price at which the room booking was done by me.

Property is nicely located, offers tasty food. Staff is courteous.
6.0Location of property is quite nice. Pretty close to Yatri Parchi Counter and Main Market. Room Size was also pretty nice. I should say more than enough. Taste of Food was also very good.
− I dont know why but I was given 1 room on ground floor and it smelled like damp musty odour Staff was courteous enough to offer me another room on 1st floor but that room also had same issue. May be this was because Ventilation was not okay in the Washroom. The moment you enter the room you felt that smell. Simple things like Phone handset was not working. I had to call them to get it fixed. They came but again without checking it went away. I had to call them again and then it got fixed.
