10.0Rixos Tersane Istanbul is an outstanding hotel, with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere. My family and I had a memorable stay. A special thank you to Leyla from Guest Relations, a truly kind person whose warm welcome made us feel valued. A special thank you also to Zainel, the waiter from Indonesia, who welcomed me warmly at breakfast every morning. His smile, kindness and attentive service made my family and me feel truly welcome. He deserves special recognition.
