8.0-Zimmer und Einrichtung sauber und neu -Der Weg zum Hotel umständlich (viele Stufen, Zufahrt mit dem Auto nicht möglich). Am besten mit nicht zu großen Koffer anreisen. -Frühstück gut -zentral in Eski Mardin -die Einrichtung scheint neu zu sein, in diversen Bereichen gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Jedoch ist das Personal sehr bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. -das Hotel kann definitiv weiterempfohlen werden

6.0The staff at Zabel are absolutely amazing—they genuinely try to make your stay comfortable. That said, getting to the hotel is no joke: there are a ton of stairs. With six suitcases, it was exhausting, and honestly, had we not already made the trip down, we probably would have canceled and chosen a hotel on the street instead. The staff were kind enough to send a girl to help with our bags when we arrived, but we felt bad and ended up carrying them ourselves. On the way back, they sent one guy to handle six bags, and again we ended up doing it ourselves—so if you’re not hitting the stair master every day, this hotel is probably not for you. Aside from the stairs, our last night was rough—the water and electricity both went out. No shower, no flushing, no handwashing except with drinking water. On the bright side, they did make us breakfast on demand, which was very nice, and the food overall was good. Honestly, if it weren’t for the staff, I would give this place a zero out of ten. In short: amazing staff, but be prepared for a serious workout and some potential inconveniences.

10.0Konum olarak çok güzel , otelde 7 oda var ve odalar taş oda , bayıldım. Genelde sessiz bir otel ama bazen konuklar gürültü yapabiliyor. Otelin terasına çıktığınız zaman bütün Mardin ayaklarınız altında. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Mahsum Beye buradan ayrıca yardımları için teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel çoğu yerden iyi. Düşünenlere tavsiye derim.

8.0Çarşıya yakınlığı ile konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde ama otopark konusunda çok sıkıntılı bir yerde, sadece bu otel için değil bölge otopark konusunda biraz sıkıntı. Otel yeni ve güzeldi, temizlik iyidi. Tercih edilebilir bir otel. Sabah kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi ama şans verilebilir bir otel

10.0Yeni bir otel olması nedeniyle temiz konforlu ve güzel bir konaklama geçirdik .biraz geç checkin yaptık ama hiç sorun yaşamadık. kahvaltı terasta serpme şeklinde geldi. Yeterliydi. Arzu hanım çok yardımseverdi .otopark yeri yok ama çok yakın bir yerde otopark var.sorun olmuyor . Herşey için Teşekkürler .
