10.0Room and the attached private outdoor onsen were excellent. Breakfast also worthwhile. Only downside is that there are limited dining options nearby and dinner at the onsen is expensive (25000 yen/person)

6.0I was thrilled to stay at this property, food was fantastic and the room was utterly wonderful. However at 1.30 am the fire alarms started going, I wasn’t able to get hold of any one at the hotel until 2am , once we did it took about 30 mins to dismantle the alarms ( it wasn’t just my room) When I checked out the following morning I was firstly surprised they didn’t offer to credit the nights bar tab (59 CAD) nor was there any form of apology The other couple who experienced the same trouble (unrelated party) spoke Japanese , they too were horrified to receive the same treatment Overall poor

4.0高級旅館なのに駐車場が路駐で、防犯上よくない。 浴衣が置かれておらず、帯だけありました。 チェックアウト時にそれを告げましたが、特に値段も変わらず、二度と止まりません。
