8.0The check in procedure is smooth and quick. The resort amenities and hotel ground is beautiful. Food wise, for dinner and breakfast is well presented but taste wise is just ok. It would be nice if the hotel offer 2 types of pillow as the one offered is too soft.

10.0A truly unforgettable stay at Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort Hikari no Uta. The views of Lake Toya are breathtaking, our room with private onsen was perfect, and the food was incredible - we had one night of Japanese in a private room and one night of french in the main dining room. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and soak in the beauty of Hokkaido.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
