Clean but tiny rooms, terrible management.

− Bathroom is so close to the bed you can’t comfortable go without it feeling pretty unpleasant. Hotel manager not accomodating at all, was communicating with hotel chain prior to arrival re pickup the following day and while they provided options what they didn’t advise was that our booking was booked a day early. To be communicating about pickup the following day on our booking and not mention we had booked for the day of communication felt very intentional. They then had us pay again the next day for a brand new booking, no empathy or assistance in rate at all.

10.0The Hotel Groovy was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely hospitable. Their welcoming service made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.
