快適に過ごす事が出来るホテル 料理は満点💯
8.0お部屋は年数がだった感じでしたが設備はリノベーションしてあり、快適に過ごすとができました。朝夕食付きのプランで今回は利用しました。お料理は期待以上の味、質、盛り付けで大満足ですした 温泉も気持ちよく、備え付けの化粧水、シャンプー等も嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方も笑顔で丁寧に対応していただきました。 無人機でのチェックインだったため、受付時の名前の入力ミスにより手続きがスヌーズにできず、かなり時間が かかってしまい、スタートが残念でした。 無人機だからこそ、QRかバーコード、予約番号での受付になるとスムーズにチェックインが、出来るのでは？ 年配の方や外国の方でスムーズに行かず、私のように手助けを要する方が多く、一台しかない、機械に長い列が出来き、気まずい思いをされていました。
