10.0Staff are very helpful for check in. We don’t need to park overnight but the guy is nice to let us park for a while to load luggages and check in. Also our room is very clean and tidy. Everyday provide us drinking water and towels without call. Overall I like this hotel’s service.

8.0地下鉄乗り場がすぐ、博多駅までも徒歩圏内、飲食店が豊富と、大変便利な立地です。近隣のホテルよりもリーズナブルなことも良い点です。比較的新しいホテルのため、非常にきれいで清潔に保たれています。 しかし、部屋にメモやペンがないのは残念でした。また1階の入り口の段差は改善したほうがいいと思います。大きなスーツケースを持った高齢の外国人が苦労していました。
