− This accommodation has an unreasonable and excessive number of rules, and any small mistake results in extremely high penalties. What is unacceptable is that the staff make no effort to help, solve problems, or find reasonable alternatives. They simply shift all responsibility and cost to the guest. For example, if you forget to return the room key—even if you offer to send it back the same day via Yamamoto delivery—they claim they cannot access the room for cleaning and immediately force the guest to pay for a locksmith, with a penalty of 30,000–50,000 yen. What is truly shocking is that the property has NO spare keys at all. There is only one key. If anything goes wrong, the guest is automatically punished with an excessive fine. This level of risk being placed entirely on the guest is completely unreasonable. On top of that, if you forget to turn on the anti-freezing pump system, you are fined again—without any warning or flexibility. Basic services are also treated as extra charges. Changing bed sheets costs additional money, and there is no room cleaning during the stay unless you pay extra, even for long stays. We stayed 10 days, yet still had to manage everything ourselves. Overall, this accommodation operates more like a penalty trap than a hospitality business. Guests are expected to comply perfectly with an overwhelming list of rules, while receiving no support, no flexibility, and no understanding in return.

Considering the price of a lot of other options, it was great value for money.

Location was great for us as we had a car. Family of 4 stayed in 2 rooms. Although space was tight, it was great for us as we were skiing each day. Only a 15min drive to Grand Hirafu. few minutes drive to convenience stores. Heaps of outdoor space for kids to build a snowman :)

− Was a little hard to locate as there isnt a sign with the property name. It is actually part of the RV park.

暮らしてるように滞在できる。 掃除機、洗濯機(洗剤も)冷蔵庫、キッチン、キッチン用品も揃ってて不自由なく滞在できた。 バス停やコンビニも徒歩5分圏内。大きいスーパーも10分圏内にあるので、車がなくとも最悪なんとかなる。 電車の駅までは30分ほどで、秋とかなら全然歩ける。

− 虫？かダニ？に何箇所かくわれたみたい。
