Very spacious. All the facilities. In excellent condition. Great views. Helpful staff.

− Bit far from the station. But near a bus stop, if only we had known that and how the bus system worked.

Good room and nice Japanese Ryokan

The staff were really kind and the room itself had a beautiful view (if you are on the canal side) and was spacious and comfortable. Great shower and onsite parking.

− The hotel is in a good location for walking to attractions, however it was in a bar area. My only complaint really was the smell of the room. My stuff had to be washed when we left.

C’était mon 2ème séjour dans l’établissement, la chambre et ses équipements sont vraiment au niveau, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

Great location and wonderful room. The view from the hot tub was spectacular.

− The beds were pretty hard but otherwise good. We did try to book the restaurant twice with no luck which was disappointing.

Big room, but you expect that fir the room rate. Lounge room for each floor. Very comfortable and large and private.

− I was told off to be in the lounge room for breakfast. When I told the staff member that I was told I could use it anytime, she tried to convince me that I could not. There was nobody else around. Later she apologised that she was incorrect by telling me off. My daughter asked for a late check out. We stayed there 6 night and spent around AU$4200 on accommodation. The receptionist did not even look if she could accommodate my daughter but told her the cost of the longer stay immediately. I did not like that you had to ask for your shoes every time. Why not have a system that you can get your own shoes and staff assist if needed? Can you imagine we walked in and out in 6 days?
