Friendly and helpful staff, great location and new hotel
9.0Staff are very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to solve problems that we were facing during unforeseen circumstances. Hotel is relatively new and clean, ski in & ski out was definitely a plus, can return the gear (rented from rhythm) in the hotel. Location is also great, can enjoy niseko without driving around, plus in case of wanting to travel around Hirafu, hotel provides chauffeur services within certain hours.
− Nothing much to complain, just 2 very minor points: Breakfast diversity can be improved, have same thing for 3 mornings. On the check out date, the check out time was 10:00am, starting from 9:30am we got called by reception every 10 mins to check on our luggage situation, in a very friendly manner, but it was a bit of a distraction while we trying to finish packing.

• Mid Clean every 4th day for stays over 5 nights - Includes service clean plus change of linen and vacuum-cleaning of rooms
