− 熱水器運轉的聲音較大，九號停車位置號碼讓人混亂，九號車格是白線，同時又有八號車格是黃線，難以分辨。

8.0運河もお土産通りも近く、とても便利でした。駐車場もあります。施設内はとても綺麗で居心地が良かったです。
− トイレの水栓が壊れていたのか、注意しないとずっと流れっぱなしになっていました。給湯器もとても大きな音がします。
洗面所床が配管水漏れでびしょ濡れ、運営は改善が必要
2.0・一部を除き全体的に綺麗に整備されていた
− ・チェックイン時に洗面所の床から水が湧き出ていてびしょ濡れだった ・運営業者に連絡し設備を宿泊中に工事頂いたが、結局治らず、水漏れ箇所をバスタオルで塞いで2泊過ごした ・折角の家族旅行が水漏れと工事のやり取りで、宿でゆっくり出来ませんでした。チェックイン前に宿を点検するなど、運営には改善が必要です
