2.0湯畑の近く環境は良かった。スタッフも普通。
− 狭い部屋で3人押し込められた。周りの部屋は2人用でも広い。離れの3階

− 施設が古かった 所々汚くていやだった チェとクインの際荷物預かりがなかったから、車に置いてあるものが心配だった

10.0ビュッフェが最高でした。群馬の名物料理も楽しめて良かったです。湯畑も近く、観光にも便利でした。スタッフさんも皆さん感じがよく、また別の亀の井ホテルに泊まってみたくなりました。
− エレベーターが時々混んでいたこと。檜風呂の脱衣所がとても狭かったこと。部屋のエアコンが少し古かったことです。
