10.0We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Kinosaki Onsen! The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and friendly—they spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The food was superb, especially the dinner, which featured a beautifully prepared 9-course meal showcasing local ingredients and flavors. The entire experience felt authentic and relaxing. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, a perfect escape from the busy city life. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway and exceptional hospitality!

10.0My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The staff are very helpful and answered all kinds of questions about my room and the town itself. The room was immaculate and well-tended throughout my stay. Their private baths were very nice. It's in a nice location on the edge of the shopping area not far from the train station, with a nice view overlooking the river.

8.0Good spot if visiting this cute onsen town, very friendly and accommodating staff. For the price I’d recommend looking at other places as we stayed one night at another family run inn which gave us the complete experience package for not much more, but still recommended.
