9.0Frühstück ist hervorragend - ebenso das Onsen - bei diesem Hotel ist es im Keller gelegen, ohne Aussenbereich, aber das macht nicht - sehr entspannend!
− Das Hotel stellt keine Rechnung aus, auch nicht auf Nachfrage und mit dem Hinweis, dass das Hotel gemäß den vertraglichen Regelungen mit Booking dazu verpflichtet ist. In Osaka ist es mir in einem Hotel dieser Kette mal gefunden eine Rechnung zu erhalten, hier leider nicht. Es gab dann eine Bestätigung, für den Aufenthalt - natürlich herrlich gestempelt :-)

10.0Serene oasis in the heart of bustling Asakusa. Loved being so close to sensoji temple. Room was clean, well-equipped. and always quiet. Comfy beds!! Staff super nice and helpful. Onsen was great.

Great traditional hotel as a base for exploring.
8.0This is more of a traditional Japanese hotel. Tatami mats and low furniture. The Onsen is good but again traditional so separate for men & women and no clothes. You have to take your shoes off in reception and cannot wear them in the hotel at all. They go into lockers. The bed pillows were very hard. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway but once there it is easy to get around. There is plenty in the local area and it’s very close to the Senso-Ji temple and also a very old amusement park. It is quiet and feels safe
− It is not very close to a convenience store and there is no restaurant as such only for Japanese food. Check in was slightly confusing, we arrived early and they stored our bags but there did not appear to be any leeway on check in time which is not always helpful when travelling. Staff were lovely and tried to help when asked but not all had good English.
