10.0Each staff member we interacted with was warm, cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful. They added a special human touch to a great experience. The facilities were absolutely lovely, products provided were great quality - overall an awesome introduction to Japanese culture. They have cute insights and ideas to turn the hotel to a great experience for any guest from any part of the world.

The hotel is very nice and good value for money
9.0The room was very spacious with king bed and a big Japanese style (on the floor) seating area. It also had a fully equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a nice bath room and separately a toilet. In the bath room there was also a washing/dryer machine. This is a very convenient room for a longer stay.
− The hotel's location is in the historic Tsukiji fish market. This area is still a retail fish market during the day and the activity and noise start in the early hours of the morning. During the day the area is lively but at night becomes pretty deserted. Ginza is not far thou and if you are ready to walk 10 minutes there is a totally different atmosphere.
