Great memories, great location, beautiful outdoor patio!

Open and spacious inside for 6 of us, far enough away from people but close enough to town for quick trips and restaurants. Plenty of hot water for us. All beds were comfy. Plenty of kitchen tools and utensils.

− The pool needed lots of attention ( apparently HOA issue). Trash out and about, can overflowing, very few loungers and chairs, and many of the plants in planters were dead. Was a beautiful oasis for us in 2020, now neglected. AC in back bedroom still not cooling. Window unit not working well, maybe needs coolant. Hot and hard for boys to sleep.

Besides the issue I described, EVERYTHING was perfect. My family and I will absolutely try to book this location again i

My family and I loved that the property was close to the beach. It was also far enough away from corpus that the city bustle didn’t bother us in the slightest. It was very clean and comfortable when we got in. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to fit everyone into the right beds.

− The only issue I had was in the guest bathroom. When running the shower, after a few minutes (maybe 5-10?), there was this loud banging sound that happened multiple times. It sounded like it came from right behind the wall? I’m not too sure. But it didn’t affect the shower at all.

We had a great week at this little house! The rooms were all a good size. Full kitchen and clean. The location was perfect and not too far from the beach. Very private and felt safe. Our favorite part was the courtyard. The outdoor area was very relaxing and it was nice to leave all our outdoor stuff there and not worry about it going anywhere. Pool was gated and pool was the perfect depth for the kids. We all had a great time here and hope we can stay again soon.

Communication with property management was great and the place was very cute and clean. A couple of downsides and things to note though. The property is not well maintained especially on the outside and pool area. Im sure that takes extra care on the beach but also the area around the pool was littered with trash and very messy with dying plants. The beds were painfully hard. Like miserably so. It was impossible for us to get very good sleep in them. The bedrooms towards the back dod not recieve good AC. The back room used a window unit and stayed uncomfortably warm. There isn't any privacy in the two back bedrooms either. We are a family so no biggie and the master bedroom does have privacy but my girls and son would have appreciated if the bedrooms didn't connect the way they did without only outdoor access. The kitchen was well stocked. The living area very comfy. Great water pressure. It wasn't bad exactly. I just lime to know what to expect and reviews help with that.
