2.0The house was cleaned, but the odor from the pet stains all over the carpeted areas and in vents was unbearable for me and my family. It smelled of pet urine. The host was not helpful or understanding. Hoste (property management) said they would send out their cleaning crew to assess. We knew it was not going to be remedied, and immediately booked elsewhere and left this property after only one hour there. Hoste gave us the run around and expedia could not help us or refund us because it was past cancel deadline. We got the run-around from both, and still got charged for the entire stay. Over 3 thousand dollars. We took pics, video, and screenshots of all interactions involving this property and are going to pursue our complete refund. We did not stay at this property, the experience put a damper on the rest of our vacation. The reviews on vrbo were 15 positive, 1 negative with the same issue we had. Please listen when i tell you to beware of this 1 negative review. There are no reviews on expedia, Yet.
