4.0Stayed here for 7 Days never received any room service, no clean towels or bin emptied, lift broke down 3 times, door key card forever loosing settings countless times up and down trying to sort it out, Breakfast food on tops cats helping them self’s not very nice, no English speaking staff ? wouldn’t rate this hotel as 3 star, spoilt my holiday as my Eriginal hotel was cancelled spoilt my holiday.

2.037 yaşındayım. Şu ana kadar gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Başlıca olumsuzlukları saymak gerekirse; 1- vestiyerde bırakılmış çorap vardı. Kapağını açar açmaz inanılmaz pis koku geliyordu. 2- tuvalet/banyo temizlenmemişti. Klozeti bırakın temizlemeyi, sifonu bile çekilmemişti. Lavabo çok kirliydi. Gorevliyi çağırıp tekrar temizlettik ama klozeti sildiği bezle lavaboyu da sildi. 3- çarşaflarda kıl vardı. Yeni çarşaf talep ettik. 4- televizyonda hiçbir kanal çekmiyor hepsi karincaliydi. 5- klima uyutmayacak kadar çok sesli çalışıyordu. Mecburen kapatıp soğukta uyumayi tercih ettik. 6- bir ust katimizda yemekhane varmış. Gece 12ye kadar tabak çanak sesinden uyuyamadık. Ust kata çıkıp söylediğimde ise bulaşık makinesi arızalı dendi. Sabah 7den itibaren de aynı sese maruz kaldık.

10.0Tek kelime ile muhteşemdi. Otelin sahibi aşırı misafirperver ve güler yüzlüydü bu da orada gecirdiğimiz zamanı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Oda temizliği ve konforu da yerindeydi. Herkese rahatlıkla önerebileceğim ve artık devamlı müşterisi olacağım bir yer haline geldi şimdiden.
