7.0Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Laufentferenung zur Altstadt und zur Caracalla-Therme. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl reichhaltig, Das Zimmer sauber und sehr ruhig, das Bett prima. Die Hotelbar war abends noch bis spät geöffnet - sehr gut.
− Leider hat es mit der Reservierung der TG-Plätze nicht so gut funktioniert. Zudem gab es wohl Probleme mit dem Computersystem, die Zimmerkarten mussten mehrfach neu codiert werden. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass ich im Vorfeld mehrfach via E-Mail kontaktiert wurde, ich solle die reservierten Zimmer bestätigen und im Voraus bezahlen, anderenfalls würden meine Reservierungen storniert. Ich hatte die Zimmer schon im Februar/März gebucht und hatte eine Bucbhungsbestätigung erhalten. Dies war sehr verstörend und unkomfortabel. Es blieb unklar, ob dies durch das Hotel oder durch booking inititiert wurde.
