9.0Erdgeschoss und Top Aussicht auf die Spree mit Wiesenbereich, geräumiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, praktische Küche und sehr nettem Gastgeber, der auf Anfrage gleich geantwortet hat und mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt hatte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan.

Es war sehr schön .
10.0Im Allgemeinen wohnt man in einem recht ruhigen Gebiet und befindet sich dennoch nahe des Berliner Zentrums. Das Apartmenthaus befindet sich direkt an der Spree und durch sehr gute Anschlussmöglichkeiten kann man schnell zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder anderen Attraktionen gelangen. Auch ein längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer kann dort zu einem Genuss werden, da der Ausblick auf der Spreeseite herrlich ist. In der Nähe kann man sich sowohl mit Lebensmitteln als auch Drogerieartikeln versorgen. Über eine Brücke, welche man gut zu Fuß oder mit ein paar Haltestellen per Bus gelangt man auf die andere Seite der Spree. Das Apartment ist optisch wie ein Hotelzimmer gestaltet worden.
