− Abgewohnte Wohnung, Bad sehr klein und unbequem, Wasser kam nach dem Duschen aus dem Fußboden, Aufgang zur Wohnung und Vorplatz renovierungsbedürftig.

6.0Situation au calme à Bonassola. Terrasse et superficie de l'appartement. Vaisselle importante.
− Décoration très vieillotte et dans son jus surtout à l'étage. Lave vaisselle et sèche cheveux en panne qui n'ont pas été réparés. Insonorisation mauvaise , on entend les talons de la voisine au premier. Literie en mauvaise état au RDC, on a l'impression de dormir sur un trempoline. Nappe de la cuisine déchirée. Eau chaude de la douche en option parfois. Les locataires suivants nous ont presque expulsés de l'appartement, ils étaient de la famille du propriétaire.
Magnifique séjour dans un appartement ancien.
7.0L'appartement était spacieux, typique des logements anciens d'Italie. La cuisine était fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La literie était confortable.
− La douche passait du froid au chaud, ce qui est sans doute lié au chauffe eau. La cabine de douche était étroite.
