Lage und Ausstattung gut, aber viele Mängel im Detail.

− Mein Zimmer kühlte sich im Lauf der drei Tage auf 17 Grad ab und das (sehr nette) Personal konnte absolut nichts daran tun. Man hat sich immer nur entschuldigt, aber ich habe sehr gefroren in den Stunden, die ich in meinem Zimmer verbracht habe. Die Sofas im Barbereich müssen dringend neu aufgepolstert werden, und zwar nicht mit Daunen wie jetzt, sondern mit einem geeigneten Material. Überall pieksen die Federkiele raus. Ein Problem waren viele der anderen Gäste, Menschen ohne Manieren, ohne jeden Benimm und ohne Essmanieren.
