10.0Ontbijt was fantastisch en de kamers waren keurig; personeel was ook zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam.

1.0Konumu güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.
− Fotoğraflarda 2 adet ikiz yatak bulunan oda için rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen önce sadece 2 kişilik yatağı olan oda verildi. 5 kişi olduğumuzu toplamda 4 yatağa nasıl sığacağımızı söyleyince ilave tekli yatak olan bir oda verildi. Normalde toplamda 5 kişilik oda rezerve etmiştik. Odadaki sandalyeler üzerinde lekeler vardı. Oda kartlarını teslim edip ayrıldıktan sonra bilgimiz dışında kredi kartından otel ücretinin yaklaşık % 20 kadar kartımdan ilave ücret çekilmiş.

Un bon pied à terre pour un passage à Karlsruhe
9.0Facile d'accès depuis la gare routière et la gare. Hôtel tout neuf avec des équipements modernes. Les espaces d'accueil agréables. Un petit déjeuner buffet généreux.
