− we went through frustration from the lack of organization from the property’s side. We travelled for more than 15hrs and we wanted to check in on time for rest. It took the property almost an hour after the specified check in to allow us to enter. And we had to reach out to them first to ask for this unexpected delay. Their lack of preparation and limited communication with us created great anxiety that day. Not easy to forget. On the checkout we asked for a couple of hours of late check and we were denied.
Spacious, comfortable and convenient base for stay in Bielefeld.

5.0Der kontaktlose Checkin funktionierte reibungslos. Die Lage ist zentral und das empfohlene Parkhaus um die Ecke preisgünstig.
− Für 2 Personen gebucht, aber nur eine kleine Bettdecke. Die Matratze in der Mitte sehr durchgelegen. Im Bad durchgehender Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Der Geschirrspüler war noch nicht ausgeräumt. Die Polster der beiden Sessel waren voller Flecken. Das alles in der Gesamtheit hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack.

− Im Zimmer (9)hat es extrem nach Kloake gestunken, wenn der Geruch weg war dann nach Kifferqualm.
