− Kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca Hamburg yağmurlu ve soğuktu.Kliması çalışmayan bir oda vermişler bize.Dolayısıyla odadada baya üşüdük.İlk gün biz çalıştıramadık zannettik.2. Gün resepsiyona söylediğimizde doğru düzgün ilgilenmediler bile.Zorla odaya gelip baktılar bir sorun olmadığını söylediler.Falat gelirken ellerinde küçük bir fan getirmişler yani sorun olduğunu biliyorlardı.Fanı çalıştırdık inanılmaz bir kötü koku yayıldı odaya.İnip tekrar fanı götürdüm,odayı ısıtamadığımızı söyledim.Odaların hepsi dolu,oda değişikliği yapamam,yapabilecek birşeyim yok dediler.Eğer istersek son gece değiştirebiliriz dediler.Bu nasıl bir otel anlayışıdır gerçekten şaşırdım.Profesyonellikten tamamen uzak bir yaklaşım.3 gece baya üşüye üşüye kaldık odada neticede.Bir daha asla Novotel!

8.0Værelserne var rigtigt gode, gode senge. Rent, pænt og hyggeligt. Og hotellet ligger virkelig godt. personalet var også rigtig flinke og hjælpsomme. Lækre drinks i baren.
− Dette hotel kunne få top karakterer hvis de fik gjort noget ved morgenmaden. Der er ikke plads nok, og selve maden var heller fantastisk. Bacon og Æg var ikke stegt ordentligt. Brødet var også lidt tørt. Ærgerligt for det er virkelig det eneste negative at sige om hotellet.
