9.0So central right in the historic district. A 15 minute walk to the coliseum and 5 min walk to Trévi. Very clean, AC , and a really historic and amazing building.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
8.0The location was good. We had lots of fresh fruit left for us in the fridge plus bread among other items. The apartment size was great, big enough for our family of 4 with two teenagers to not be falling over one another. There is a washing machine and a dryer.
− There is a lift but it doesn’t go all the way to the top levels so you may need to carry your luggage up some stairs, there is no reception onsite so there is no-one who can assist with this. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom although it doesn’t work very well, it was very hot while we were there though. There is a pedestal fan in the other bedroom and the lounge room. The dryer didn’t work overly well.

8.0The location is centric. 10 minutes to Colosseum, Pantheon and Trevi fountain. However for Uber or taxi place the address of the restaurant Abruzzi. The address did not populate well for uber so use the restaurant. The apartment is inside a gated wall which is great because you feel safe and you do not hear traffic. The hostess was extremely helpful and made the check in very simple. Good experience overall.
− The heat was brutal in Rome. The 2 rooms had a split air conditioning so not entire apartment. The ceilings are also high, so keeping the other areas of the apartment cool is difficult. For sleeping it was fine. Just keep in mind that there are a few stairs at the end to get to the room, even though there is an elevator. Not a problem the host was very helpful. The refrigerator was nicely filled. Overall very good.
