Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, aber leider....
6.0Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprechend einer Ferienwohnung bzgl. Mobiliar und Ausstattung sehr gut. Auf der anliegenden Terasse (...ist nicht unmittelbar in die Wohnung intergriert) eine sehr schöne Meersicht. Zu Fuss innerhalb von 10 Minuten Stadt und Strand sehr gut erreichbar.
− - Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses und ist über ca. 40 Stufen erreichbar. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist sie gänzlich ungeeignet. - Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen Durchzugsstraße und der Verkehr ist bis in die Nacht hinein teilweise extrem laut. 2 Lokalitäten befinden sich in unmittelbarer (vis a vis der Straße) bzw. in mittelbarer (Strand) Umgebung. An 3 Tagen des Aufenthaltes wurde bis in die frühen Morgenstunden in großer Lautstärke Musik gespielt bzw. gemacht. Schlaf war in diesen Nächten nur sehr schwer möglich. - Die private Garage befindet sich ca. 200 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt stadteinwärts in der gleichen Strasse. Diese Garage ist aufgrund ihrer Größe und Platzierung sicher gut für einen Fiat Panda o.ä. geeignet, aber nicht nutzbar für einen Peugeot Expert 9 Sitzer (...man/n hätte nach parkieren über den Kofferraum aussteigen und einsteigen müssen...). Wir parkten in Folge dann für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes an den nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Parkplätzen am Strand...

− Vom Strand etwas weit gelegen. Vor dem Haus gibt es überhaupt keine Parkmöglichkeiten.
Tolle Woche in Imperia
10.0Sehr große und sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung. Alle Räume klimatisiert. Separater Aussenbereich (Terrasse) mit Meerblick. Fast alke Fenster mit Meerblick. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die City (ca. 10 Minuten). Eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
It was quite good but could be better.
7.0The facilities and the comfort level are good for a family.
− It is specified as 55 meters from the sea, but it is necessary to walk at least 600-700 meters to reach the sea. There is excessive noise even after midnight because there is a main road in front of the building and a lot of motorcycles pass by. Parking is quite far from the house. You have to buy even the most minimal materials such as soap, shampoo, detergent yourself. Again, you will buy the towels and sheets yourself, otherwise an exorbitant fee of 30 euros per person is charged.
Good to know
