10.0This hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything from the rooms, until the food, to the service and the outdoor area is like a dream. The service is amazing and Tugba, the manager, and her team are so lovely, they make you feel like home. Would always come back here and we miss it already!

10.0Konaklamamız sorunsuzdu, çok iyi karşılandık. Otel çalışanları ve ekip güler yüzlü ve çok cana yakın insanlardı tekrardan gelmek için bir sebep:) sadece hotels.com’da adres farklı gözüktüğü için sıkıntı yaşadık. Alaçatı merkezde gözüküyor düzeltmenizi rica ederiz.

10.0Kaldığım süre boyunca son derece keyif aldığım harika bir butik oteldi. Özellikle otelin temizliği ve genel düzeni gerçekten dikkat çekiciydi; her köşe özenle düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. Hizmet kalitesi ise oldukça yüksekti — hem güler yüzlü hem de ilgili çalışanlar sayesinde kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Müdüre Tuğba Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim; misafirlerine olan ilgisi, profesyonelliği ve samimiyeti otelin sıcak atmosferine büyük katkı sağlıyor. Gerek huzurlu ortamı gerekse kaliteli hizmet anlayışıyla tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!
