7.0Mainly the staff who was very helpful and accommodating. The neighbourhood seemed nice and safe too. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby.
− We didn't like the room but it was the cheapest (budget double room) and we got what we paid for. I'm sure the others are bigger and better. Avoid this type of room if possible.

10.0To mój drugi pobyt w Bala Hotel i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce. Pokoje są świetne – czyste, zadbane i bardzo komfortowe. Obsługa hotelu jest dostępna 24/7, zawsze pomocna, uprzejma i uśmiechnięta. Podczas pobytu nie miałam absolutnie żadnych problemów z pokojem. Sprzątanie odbywało się na moją prośbę, ale też często było proponowane przez personel. Codziennie wymieniane były ręczniki oraz pościel, co jest ogromnym plusem. Na pewno wrócę tu ponownie.
