10.0The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was amazing. The rooms were nicely air conditioned. The pools were great and sun beds comfortable.

6.0The hotel was decent for what we needed.. the food wasn’t to our liking but what we paid there is no complaint there. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all our requests.. however! The cleaner took money out of our room, but gave it back upon being confronted.. location was good.. rooms were decent.. pool areas decent.. staff lovely. No complaints really.

10.0The room was surprisingly spacious and smelled clean when I first walked in. I liked the way the towels were folded on the bed, and the staff had even left a small welcome note, which felt personal.
