Die Lage.

− 1. Sieben Uhr morgens, der Pool ist kaum besucht, aber alle Liegen sind bereits mit Tüchern, Taschen und anderen Utensilien belegt. Es gibt eine Regel im Hotel, die das verhindern soll, aber das Management tut nichts, um sie umzusetzen. 2. Die Qualität des Personals ist sehr unterschiedlich. Manche der Angestellten leisten hervorragende Arbeit. Andere vergessen schon einmal eine Bestellung, einmal wurden wir sogar aggressiv von einem Kellner angegangen. Bis jetzt ist uns nicht klar, womit wir seinen Unmut verdient hatten. 3. Drei Tage vor unserer Abreise hatte ich an der Hotelrezeption für 8 Uhr einen Wagen für die Fahrt zum Flughafen reserviert. Ein Angestellter an der Rezeption hatte mir dabei empfohlen, für nur 10 Euro mehr einen besseren Wagen zu nehmen und sich dann meine Reservierung notiert. Als wir dann morgens um 8 Uhr zum Flughafen nach Antalya abreisen wollten, war kein Wagen da. Es gab auch keine Notiz darüber an der Rezeption. Die Hotelmanagerin erschien, stellte sich kurz vor, sagte dass wir anstatt englisch lieber deutsch sprechen sollten, und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, meinte sie als erstes zu mir, dass ich hier keinen Stress machen solle. Dabei war ich davon weit entfernt gewesen. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption kümmerten sich währenddessen um einen Wagen und schließlich konnten wir mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung zum Flughafen abfahren.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would happily come back again.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. What I appreciated the most was the staff. They are truly focused on making sure every guest is happy. If something isn’t quite right, they do everything they can to fix it and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their level of care and attention is exceptional. This is a beautiful place where you can completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere is so peaceful that, if you stay within the resort, you almost forget that you’re in Turkey. It feels like stepping into a different world. I also highly recommend the group fitness classes. The trainer is fantastic, and her programs are excellent. I attended five yoga and Pilates sessions and enjoyed every single one of them.

− The only small thing I missed was some relaxing music around the main pool. If you’re sitting near the bar, you can hear the music, but in other areas it feels a little too quiet. And finally, this isn’t a criticism of the hotel but rather a funny observation about some guests. It was amusing to watch people rushing out at 6 or 7 in the morning to reserve sunbeds, while I was simply sitting peacefully and enjoying the beautiful sunrise.

Amazing, relaxing, and if the food was better, it would’ve been absolutely perfect.

We booked this property with the purpose of relaxing and chilling, and tanning very calmly. And it over delivered on this aspect. The property is spotless, the staff is incredible, and the resort is just perfect. Everyone was very helpful and I loved the idea of having random games and books around the resort to keep us entertained. A special shoutout to Saban, Yasmine, and Havva for their amazing personalities at work. They helped make the stay even more fun.

− Couple of things: - The food. The food variety was minimal and we felt like it lacks the flavor that Turkish food and cuisine is known for. It wasn’t a huge problem for us as we were just eating to go on with the day, and we just ate whatever was familiar. But a resort with this standard and price needs to up their game when it comes to the food. - another thing that was a bit annoying is having cats in the hallways of the hotel, and especially that my wife is allergic. We do love animals and understand that it’s hard to not let them in, but it was uncomfortable for us at times.

The hotel is good especially if you’re looking for a place to relax, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is clean.

− The food was really bad. (the buffet, à la carte, and room service). It wasn’t okay, it was BAD! The buffet food was really cold and the kebab was very hard, the steak was the same and wasn’t able to chew. We paid 100 euros for the a le carte. The first day we went and sat their and the waiter came to us and asked us if we had a reservation in which I said no, he said we can’t serve you when the whole restaurant was empty, I asked him why and he said that we prepared the food based on the reservations. We booked for the next day in which we paid 100 euros, we came in chose the food and after we ordered the waiter came to us and told us that all the starters are sold out and only the tartar was available. He wasn’t nice to be honest and when I asked for a straw he didn’t hold it with tissue or any thing, he had his fingers on it, didn’t say anything to be honest because he seemed forced to serve us. The food came in, the paste was undercooked not even al dente, the steak was hard to cut (very well done), the sea bass was RAW couldn’t swallow. We then decided to order room service since we knew that the buffet wasn’t good. Ordered a French fries and a burger, the burger was okay but the French fries was also undercooked, we asked for another French fries and told them about it, the got is another undercooked French fries. A lot to say about the food..
