4.04 kişilik aile için uygundu genel anlamda. Beyaz eşyaları tamdı. Temizlikten çok memnun kalmadık. Duşakabinlerin camı olmadığından su dışarıya gidiyor havluları ıslatıyor ve her taraf rutubet kokuyordu. İletişime geçtiğimiz kişi pek ilgili değildi. Belirtilen giriş saatinde otel hazır değildi.

different and unexpectedly dirty room
2.0the room was totally different than we chose and see in hotels.com booking page. I showed up the pictures in my booking page to property manager but she said it’s common problem people encounter so often and it caused by hotels.com since the room cleanness, comport and hygiene condition was not acceptable level, we asked refund from hotels.com. Unfortunately both hotels.com and property manager did not help us. We had to stay in that terrible room for 3 nights with full of humidity and in the room and unhygienic bathroom.
