− No lift, which we were aware off, but the staff didn’t help with luggage either, down from the 3rd floor. Breakfast wasn’t filled up and if u came down abit later it was cold.
I would stay here again as the location was really good, however, I do hope they ingest in an elevator.
7.0The location was really good and the staff were kind, there was a really kind older woman who was very helpful!! 🥰🥰 Some rooms are bigger than others but there’s enough space for the most part. The breakfast was limited but sufficient.
− There is no elevator and with so many flights of stairs it made it really difficult to go up with our suitcases. There were 10 of us and an infant and most rooms were on the top floor so it was not fun to get there.

9.0The hotel is in the middle of the city, but the room is quiet and peaceful. Delicious Turkish breakfast and coffee. Friendly and helpful management team. Overall, it is a good, safe place to stay when you visit Konya.
