2.0We arrived at 4pm for our room not to be ready yet. Were asked to wait 10 minutes for cleaning. When we got to our room the floors were wet. Our shower was disgusting and mouldy. The tap was broken. The property was so loud. After telling us there is free parking, the receptionist woke us up at 10:30pm for us to move the car so he could drive him friends somewhere. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

4.0Location is 5 minutes drive / Public Transport from Bursa Teleferic. Very old part of Bursa. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Hotel toilet seat broken, door did not have a key. My friend used his key from his room to lock my room as well my toilet 😆 Overall, poor. Not a hotel I would stay in if i was near the area again. (Nothing against the staff, who were helpful). Plus Side... A/C was worling very well.
