7.0Breakfast, bed, shower good
− Location is on a side street and at a very very steep incline. When we were checking in, the road was closed and was quite difficult to walk to the hotel. On top of this there is no bell boy to bring luggage to room from the reception and same for checkout
Good all and all stay, love the new setup
10.0Slow on the Tea and Coffee, they had it ready by 630am but will not let you drink it till 7am, I am early raiser and like my Coffee early. I try to talk to them about good customer service, if it's ready why not?
− Front desk service was exemptional, Azra at reception was awesome 👌 👏
Второй раз в этом отеле и обязательно вернусь, все на высшем уровне!
9.0- прекрасно расположение - удобные номера - отличная кровать - хороший завтрак
It was good
8.0Everything was great, the location is very convenient and it’s clean
− There is barriers on the roads leading to the hotel which will close from 10 am till 8pm so we had to take our bags by hand to the hotel and the rooms are too small
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden;
9.0Sauberkeit, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück in Ordnung;
− Essbereich zu klein;
Good to know
