3.0− Не проводилась уборка все три дня, комната в плохом состоянии. Отсутствовал блакон, заявленный в этом типе номеров. Завтрак - абсолютно мизерный. Пустой чайник, и не свежая еда.

− Essen eine Katastrophe, keine gute Brot keine kafee. Pulver Kafee und Milch nur Pulver. Tipisch türkische gewonheiten. Keine internationalen Interessen. Islamische Kontrolle, meine Freundin wollte mir helfen Sachen in Zimmer zu bringen und das war nicht erlaubt. Allein wegen dem nie wieder
A place that truly deserves 5 stars. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the service was outstanding.
10.0The place was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly — especially the receptionist Oğuzhan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emir was also excellent, and the entire team was amazing. There was also a housekeeping staff member who was very cooperative, responded to requests immediately, and was extremely honest and trustworthy. The free tea throughout the entire stay was a lovely touch. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars and is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Istanbul. It was very easy to reach, and the airport transfer service was excellent. Honestly, it was an absolutely outstanding hotel. I will definitely come back again!
