− The phone inside of room was not working, there was a rude receptionist that refused for any help when my luggage lost and needed minimum thing like toothbrush or when I was about to go out and buy it, she misled me and about to get lost.
I wish I booked another hotel. We chose this one because it’s near our freind house

− Very outdated and tacky hotel . The curtains kept falling off because there was nothing to stop them. Toilet seat kept coming off its hinges. The safe had no instructions on how to use it. Some hotel pictures on your website show coffee and tea in the room but in reality there was only tea. No water given by the hotel to make tea. Not suitable for elderly people because of the steep rise of the hotel . Breakfast very poor we had to ask the staff to turn the coffee machine on , because it was cold , we had to ask for milk as it’s not available next to the tea and coffee station. Someone tried to spray the toilet door handle, instead he sprayed the door with it. The noise coming from a large extractor fan outside specially in the morning. Very old building

7.0Het ontbijt was wel prima, maar we hadden geboekt met ontbijt. Wil je er koffie bij of een gebakken eitje dan betaal je meer. Koffie lijkt mij vrij standaard. Maar oke', thee is de standaard en koffie kost meer. Dat hebben we op meer plekken ervaren. Goede bedden, en voldoende breedte
− we hadden uitzicht, maar de ramen waren al jaren niet gewassen, dus dat was wel jammer. Personeel was meestal zeer ongemotiveerd. Je zit echt wel ver weg van alles, maar binnen 15 minuten was je bij de metro. Dit wel via een drukke weg vol obstakels op het trottoir, zodat je weer op de weg moet. en het is klimmen en dalen
