− Ik had twee weken voor de datum twee drie-persoonskamers gereserveerd. Er stond op de website dat deze beschikbaar waren. Toen ik daar aankwam met mijn familie, hebben ze gezegd dat deze niet meer beschikbaar waren en ons twee kleine kamers gegeven waar ik ontevreden mee was. Ik ben jarenlang een vaste klant geweest van dit hotel, maar ik kan ze niet meer vertrouwen.

10.0I’m staying at Istport Gardens every time I have to go via Istanbul and need to spend a night near the Istanbul Airport. The hotel is conveniently located, arranges hassle- free & reasonably priced return Airport transfer and provides transportation and late check-in at a short notice . The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are genuinely comfortable- remembers your requests and preferences. ( provides food package for early check-out and late night dinner) Very special thanks to MERT at night shift reception and IBRAHIM for taking professional care of their hotel guests. Would certainly recommend this outlet for overnight stay, when you are flying via Istanbul Airport.

8.0Отель удобен для того, чтоб провести ночь перед полетом - это близко к аэропорту. Персонал был вежлив и предупредителен, особенно Mert, работающий на ресепшен, и молодой человек, который варил нам кофе. Важно также и наличие парковки. Спасибо.
− В номерах, выходящих на улицу шумновато. В семейном номере была одна небольшая простынка для укрывания - этого явно недостаточно.
Для ночевки между рейсами самолета место пригодно, от аэропорта достаточно близко рано утром доехали
7.0Мы покидали отель в 5 утра и заранее попросили приготовить ланч бокс с собой. Но приготовлено ничего не было. Консьерж пошел что-то набирать, но мы торопились в аэропорт и ждать не стали
− В душе нет ни дверки, ни занавески - вся вода течет по полу в ванную комнату. Мы просили две отдельные кровати, нам дали номер с одной кроватью, которая ходила ходуном от любого движения
