Sehr unzuverlässig weil das Hotel mehr Geld wollte als bei der Buchung
2.0Die Lage war gut in einer ruhigen Straße.
− Nach dem check-in kam das Personal auf uns zu und wollte 100€ mehr haben pro Nacht pro Zimmer. Als wir sagten dass wir das nicht akzeptieren können weil wir zu anderen Konditionen gebucht und bereits bezahlt haben, sollten wir das Hotel verlassen. Zum Glück unterstützte uns booking.com und buchte uns kostenlos auf ein neues besseres Hotel um.

7.0La camera era ben arredata e grande. Il gestore è stato gentile a farci fare un late checkout l’ultimo giorno sapendo che non mi sentivo molto bene.
− Pulizia insufficiente e non hanno mai rifatto la stanza. qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato che non era possibile avere la colazione nonostante avessimo pagato per una camera con. Questo ci ha costretto a mangiare fuori tutti i giorni.
