I give this property a 3star mainly for the fact that I was not comfortable with the pool. Not convinced it was clean. It was a beautiful pool but??? The room was beautiful but amenities not great and 5 coffee pods and 2 bottles of water for 3 days. No change of towels or at a cost. Started messaging me a week before arrival to see when I am arriving and pre-check in and finally after saying I will arrive at check in at 3pm so I would not be charged an early check in fee, the host was late and had to wait in the heat. I didn’t feel any passion for hospitality. But they made sure to message me not to leave later than 10am and to throw out the garbage and wash the dishes. Did that mean the dishes I used were washed by the previous guest? I must say the place was nice but expected more for the price I paid.

Beautiful Apartment - Terrible Check-In

Beautiful apartment. Terrible check-in procedure. Online app that the location sent me to use to check in did not work correctly. Both phone numbers I was given to call for check-in did not work. I sat outside the place for almost 45 minutes. Finally had to go through the neighbors yard to get into the back yard and talk to one of the other guests who called the management company on my behalf. The property is very nice and up to date, but you are walled in. Also, the internet inside the apartment is non-existent. Finally, a neighboring rooster wakes you up every morning around 4:30am. I loved the apartment, but all the other points brought it way down.

Great location minutes from Cisternino city centee. The room was charming with a cute garden and beautiful trullo. The only downside was a 20EUR charge for checking in after 8pm.

Flott plass, men kun utstyrt som et hotelrom, men uten å være et betjent hotel med f. Eks frokost servering. Det mest negative var at vårt rom «Camomille» hadde en dør inn til nabo leiligheten, som er praktisk hvis man vil leie et større areal. Men når det bor fremmede på den andre siden av døra, og vi kan høre ALT hva som sies og gjøres på den andre siden, er det et dårlig design.
